Ingredients
2 ox Fort Mosé Bourbon
1 oz honey
1/2 oz ginger syrup
1/2 oz Aquafaba
1 oz lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
In a cocktail shaker (without ice), add Fort Mosé Bourbon, honey, ginger syrup, aquafaba and lemon juice
Step 2
Dry shake (no ice): Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to emulsify the aquafaba and create that smooth, frothy texture.
Step 3
Now add ice to the shaker & shake for another 10-15 seconds to chill the drink.
Step 4
Fine strain into a chilled rocks glass (with or without ice, based on preference)
Step 5
Garnish with a dried citrus wheel or fresh lemon twist for an elegant finish.
